Bio

I am the Head of Reference and Instruction at the University of Missouri – Kansas City Libraries. I have been a public services librarian for 28 years in various positions, all of which have involved working with library users in providing reference service and teaching library instruction. Before UMKC I have worked at Ball State University, Georgetown University and George Washington University.
