Bio

Graduate of MU and spent most of my working career in interlibrary loan. I enjoy the challenges of ILL. There is something about finding that stray piece of information for a patron which just makes my day. My biggest challenge has been convincing the VPs that lending is as important as borrowing. Lending is a very active player in a patron's research and should not be ignored just because our patrons are not standing there at the front desk. I truly believe that a borrowing library is only as good as the lending library.
