Bio

Charmaine Scott, Training and Administrative Officer, has been with Washington University Libraries since 1994. Charmaine directs the Staff Development Program and coordinates training for staff. She handled technical staff recruitment in the Human Resources Office at Washington University School of Medicine and before that organized community groups to support the high school foreign exchange program AFS International. She earned her M.A. in Human Resource Management at Washington University and a BA in Geography, French and Communications at SMSU now MSU in Springfield, Missouri. Charmaine is a member of the Association for Psychological Type International and is certified to administer and interpret the MBTI.
