The goal of the MOBIUS Annual Conference is to help bring together the members and friends of the MOBIUS community. People learn, teach, and share.

Sponsors provide the conference with the support each year needed to put on an event that is enjoyable and fun for all.

h4. Why sponsor?

*You benefit directly from the MOBIUS community.* Help build an even stronger community, resulting in a better MOBIUS. Last year we spent $17,000 just to provide food! Venue costs are not small either.

We are fortunate to have a considerable grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services, but that doesn't come close to providing the entire cost of only the basic necessities. *We need you to help add some extra perks, and we'll help you be recognized for it!*

h4. What do Sponsors get out of it?

Simple. How about this: You support us, we support you. We feel it behooves everyone to know who stepped up to help make this event a reality. *We do our best to make sure the community knows you gave back.*

Exhibitor Booths

Last year we had booths located in a separate area for our sponsors. *This year we will have tables located in very high traffic areas*. We cannot hang anything on the walls, but easels, computer monitors, and any other signage methods are encouraged!

Please complete the sponsorship sign-up form and indicate which level you would like to sponsor at. You will need to create a user account on the website and log in to do so. The details and benefits of each level can be found below.

* Name/Logo/Link on web site.

* Name/Logo/Link on any printed materials including t-shirts.
* Name/Logo/Link in event e-mail blasts.
* *Full page ad* in the conference program
* An exhibitor booth - Platinum level sponsors can pick their booth location. When we receive payment you will be contacted about booth location.
* *Event room named after your company!* First 8 Platinum sponsors to send in sponsorship payments receive this perk.

* Name/Logo/Link on web site.
* Name/Logo/Link at the event.
* Name/Logo/Link on any printed materials including t-shirts (when room is available).
* Name/Logo/Link in event e-mail blasts (when room is available).
* 1/2 page ad in the conference program
* An exhibitor booth
