Working together: How our Interaction Styles impact coworkers
In a given day, you spend more time with the people at work than any other group of people. Understanding better how to work with each other will make the whole team more effective (and lessen stress). Many tools help individuals to examine their observable behavior patterns, including Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Keirsey Temperament Theory, the DiSC® Instrument or the popular Social Styles. We don’t have time for that in a 45 minute session! Instead we’ll take a quick look at Berens Interaction Styles and discuss how you can apply it to your workplace by taking advantage of what you have in common with others. This is an experiential presentation where the attendees will participate in activities during the session.
