This session will provide librarians with tools they can use to make their Research Guides more interactive and eye-catching. We will demonstrate some programs, both free and subscription based, that we use at Washington University to incorporate videos, tutorials, maps, and other Web 2.0 technologies. Some of the tools we will highlight, in addition to several others, are Screenr, Jing, Screencast, and Widgitbox, all tools that can be incorporated into LibGuides software and standard web-based guides.

Please see our LibGuide for all the items we talked about plus many, many more: http://libguides.wustl.edu/interactive
